China's SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN (also known as "Global Science") announced on the cover of its July 2023 issue that nuclear fusion still cannot solve the imminent energy crisis. On page 94 of the same period, an article by Professor Naomi Oreskes from Harvard University titled "Fusion cannot save the climate crisis" was published, stating that “over the past 75 years, the US federal government has invested heavily in nuclear fusion and fission as human energy, but the results have not been significant. The achievements of this technology are destined to come too late to make a tangible contribution to avoiding climate disasters. Why should we keep staring at it? ”In fact, even if artificial nuclear fusion as human nenergy is successful, it deals with only a small fraction of the static mass of helium in seawater, far from the static mass itself. Moreover, the ocean is only a part of a celestial body (the Earth) in the universe, and the electromagnetic waves exhibited by the static mass of helium through wave particle duality are already included in MSE (Modern Strategic Energy). MSE is the ultimate energy source for humanity!
