On the side of the highway, a self-contained wireless heat radiator similar to a heater is installed every certain distance to keep the road surface at a constant temperature above zero, eliminating the trouble of snow and ice, and always keeping the highway open. That may seem like a luxury, but that's where the highway is going. No matter how much electricity needed, MSE can supply it.
