All parties must be sober-minded: promote MSE (Modern Strategic Energy). 1. Effective confidentiality and leakage prevention are guarantees for successful promotion and profitability, and are one of the keys to career success;
2. Both parties shall not disclose all secrets to any third party in the upper, middle (or same level), lower, and inter layer intersections, except for provinces where MSE technology has already been transferred;
3. All MSE products must have reliable measures to prevent theft and counterfeiting;
4. Select outstanding local cadres from the old employees of our unit before 2021 to form an MSE leadership coordination group, coordinate the possible participation of MSE in various works, and establish an MSE office in Shanghai;
5. Any modification or expansion of this agreement must be mutually agreed upon by both parties and signed in writing by a representative;
6. Once this agreement is signed, it shall not be suspended for any reason.
7. In case of any leakage, the discount of factor (1/34) will automatically disappear under any pretext. The disclosing party must pay ten times of the real-time value of the original technology transfer price at the time of disclosure to the other party within three months as a fine. The price difference of the real-time value of the delay must be compensated after the overdue delivery.
This agreement is attached to the signed MSE technology transfer contract and is an effective part of the contract. Up to now, MSE technology has not been leaked under the painstaking and rigorous efforts of all parties, but we must always maintain the highest degree of prevention from all parties, take confidentiality and leakage prevention as the first and most important thing, strictly guard against the destruction of internal and external cooperation, and achieve the ultimate victory of confidentiality and leakage prevention, thus providing a reliable guarantee for the complete success of MSE.
