Establish MSE offices in Shanghai for 12 provinces and autonomous regions
Article 4 of the confidentiality and leakage prevention agreement (draft) puts forward that excellentl cadres should be selected from the old employees of the unit before 2021 to form an MSE coordination group to co-ordinate the possible participation of MSE in all MSE work and set up an MSE office in Shanghai. It is urgent to set up MSE offices in Shanghai for 12 provinces and regions. It is an effective method for the current security situation and a guarantee for the success of MSE's great cause to communicate all MSE matters incliding signing contacts and agreements face to face.
