   Concrete Ground (Better for orderer to self-make according to our design if possible)
2) Frame

   Steel Column:  Prefab Steel Sections, Square or H and etc.   
   Steel Beam:  Prefab Steel Sections, H or C and etc.   
   Steel Roof Frame:  Prefab Steel Sections, HF or CR H Section and etc.   
3) Wall 

   Exterior Wall:  Foamed concrete/Autoclaved aerated light concrete/Compound insulating Panel or Block    
   Inside of Exterior Wall:  Gypsum/Wooden temperature-insulating Board   
   Interior Partition:  Gypsum/Wooden sound-insulating Board   
   Partition for Kitchen & Bath Room:  Foamed concrete/Aerated light concrete Panel or  Block   
   Partition for Family:  Foamed concrete/Aerated light concrete Panel or Block    
4) Floor 

   Steel Carrying Beam:  Wooden/Concrete/Steel floor-carrying Beam

Installation Cost: 10% of the total material price

Design Cost: 3~5% of the total house FOB value

Sample Charge:  + 30~50%, but will return when order more later

Oversea Working Costs: including air tickets, board, local traffic, medicare, security, subsidy and etc.
